McAllen International Airport Public Safety includes Police, Fire and EMS, and is staffed 24 hours each day to provide law enforcement, firefighting and emergency medical services for our customers and airport facilities.
For an aircraft incident or structure fire, Public Safety activates firefighting and emergency medical mutual aid from the City of McAllen and surrounding areas — adding crew strength and paramedic-level medical care at the airport.
